The Koret Center for Jewish Civilization, with ANU – Museum of the Jewish People and Tel Aviv University invite you to a unique symposium during times of personal and national crises.
Can we even talk about meaning, when the reality surrounding us is falling apart?
What might encourage us, individuals and society, to keep going?
Scholars, bereaved families and captivity survivors share their stories and insights about finding light in the darkness. The participants will explore meaning, both as a philosophical concept and as a tool for coping with hardships. Together they will search for answers and ways to move forward, and perhaps even rise from the wrecks and rebuild.
