Commemorating the October Seventh tragedy, you are invited to an extended gallery talk at the “October Seventh” exhibition, displayed at ANU Museum since February 2024.

Program:

  • A self-tour at the exhibition, followed by three thematic panel discussions:
  • Curator Carmit Blumensohn speaks with the artists Eyal Assulin, Nil and Karin Romano, Miriam Cabessa, and Leeor Shtainer, whose works are displayed at the exhibition.
  • Curator Michal Houminer talks about the film War Diary: October 7, created for the exhibition Local Testimony 2023. With Tehila Lapidot and Yuval Nitzan.
  • Music editor Adva Sayag tells the story of the the exhibition’s soundtrack, “The Pain Front”.

Entrance is free for soldiers and Israelis evacuated from the south and the north.
