International Museum Day is held each year in May, in order to raise awareness about the fact that, “Museums are an important means of cultural exchange, enrichment of cultures and development of mutual understanding, cooperation and peace among peoples.”
This year’s theme, set by ICOM is Museums for Research and Study.
On May 9 you will enjoy the following benefits:

- ANU Museum will be open until 8pm
- Guide tour at 5pm – free of charge, no registration needed (in Hebrew)
