Databases of ANU – Museum of the Jewish People: An Introduction

ANU  maintains one of the largest databases in the world dedicated to documenting and preserving the history and heritage of the Jewish people. The presentation will introduce the participants to the museum’s database, instruct them on the best methods to investigate it and will allow time for questions and answers. Haim Ghiuzeli, a historian, is the Director of the Databases of ANU – Museum of the Jewish People. His expertise covers several fields, including development of multimedia databases and implementation of computer technologies in the field of cultural heritage.
