Marketing and Social Media Intern – Tisch Center for Jewish Dialogue

What we are looking for a flexible individual who loves online storytelling to be the marketing intern for the Tisch Center for Jewish Dialogue.

This person should have an interest or curiosity, and preferably, understanding, of:

  • Global Jewish peoplehood
  • Contemporary Jewish culture and events
  • Online engagement

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Social media skills
  • A talent for narrative and storytelling
  • Understanding of online communications platforms
  • An ability to take initiative and bring new ideas and angles

The intern will be responsible for:

  • Creating the infrastructure and strategy for the Tisch Center’s online presence and social media accounts
  • Helping with email marketing and newsletters
  • Generating systems for follow-up with Tisch participants
  • Being that it is a small team, interns will have the opportunity to get involved in other areas, including content development, workshop design, etc., based on their own interests and abilities.

Technicalities:

  • Start time and length of time flexible based on program start time and length
  • Flexible hours – based on intern’s availability
  • Based at ANU Museum located on the Tel Aviv University campus

About:

Based at ANU, The Tisch Center for Jewish Dialogue champions the art of engagement, empathy, confidence, kinship, and shared action between diverse Jewish voices through the unique power of the structured mifgash, as well as tailored-made dialogue and conflict transformation workshops and programs.

ANU is a visual human experience bringing to life the modern story of the Jewish people. The Tisch Center builds on this experience by giving participants the opportunity to place themselves within the Jewish Peoplehood Story through developing their own narrative and encountering someone else’s.
